Trade Delivery & Returns

Delivery Options

For our trade orders we use DPD's next day delivery service. Our food is sent frozen fresh from our farm directly to you.

Please ensure that you are able to freeze your order when it arrives. 

DPD collect from the farm Monday through to Friday. Food ordered before 2pm on these days should be delivered the next day (please note sometimes there are delays or issues at our courier's end).

We now also have a smaller collection on Sunday mornings which means some orders placed on a Friday evening or Saturday morning should arrive on Mondays.

Delivery on trade orders is free for all orders over £80. For orders under £80, there is a £7.99 shipping charge. 

On orders of 150kg or above we may decide to use our pallet courier. In this case we will contact you before shipping with delivery options.

Should you require a time specific delivery or have special delivery requests please email trade@petslovefresh.com. 

Scottish Highlands, NI and Island Deliveries

We use DPD's next day service, but to some parts of the UK, this service takes 2 days. We will endeavour to ensure the packs still arrive frozen or partially frozen.

To give our couriers the best chance, please order Monday to Wednesday to avoid weekend deliveries as our experience shows the couriers are much slower at the weekends. 

Returns & Refunds

If for any reason you’re not entirely satisfied with your trade order, please do get in touch. Pets Love Fresh is a fresh food and as such it is perishable so we are unable to take returns.

However, if you have found something wrong with your delivery or the food wasn’t as you were expecting, please email trade@petslovefresh.com. We will always do our best to get the right outcome for you.
